Key Responsibilities
As a Watersports Assistant, your daily tasks will include:

Assisting guests with watersports equipment and safety briefings

Guiding guests through various water-based recreational activities

Ensuring all equipment is maintained, clean, and safe to use

Communicating clearly with Chinese-speaking guests, enhancing their experience

Supporting the Watersports team in coordinating group activities and excursions
-
Promoting resort activities and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times

Responding quickly and effectively to any incidents or emergency situations

Upholding all safety and resort standards during activities
Qualifications and Skills Required
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at a luxury resort

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese with good English communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills with a guest-focused attitude

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Excellent team player and self-starter

Physically fit with knowledge of water safety and basic rescue procedures

Enthusiastic, spontaneous, and passionate about guest interaction and outdoor activities
-
Open Water or Lifesaving certifications are a plus
