Key Responsibilities

Assist in monitoring and controlling the resort’s costs to optimize financial performance.

Prepare and analyze cost reports, variance analysis, and financial documentation related to operational expenses.

Collaborate closely with various departments including procurement, operations, and finance to maintain cost efficiency.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Help ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Assist in inventory control and regular reconciliation of accounts.

Contribute to monthly and quarterly financial reporting and audits as required.

Participate actively in cost-saving initiatives and financial improvement projects.
Qualifications and Skills Required

Previous resort experience in a similar finance or cost control role is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of hospitality finance procedures and cost control principles.

Proven ability to work effectively within a multicultural team environment.

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
