Are you ready to elevate your hospitality career in the Maldives? We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of our dining outlets and ensure a superior guest experience.
Reporting directly to the F&B Manager, you will lead a diverse team, uphold international luxury service standards, and take pride in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our global clientele.

Key Responsibilities
As a Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant outlet

Conducting frequent spot-checks to ensure compliance with resort SOPs

Managing guest feedback and resolving complaints efficiently

Maintaining a high standard of service by being approachable, friendly, and attentive to guests’ needs

Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld in all areas

Supporting the F&B Manager in maintaining consistency and innovation in service delivery
Qualifications and Skills Required
To succeed in this luxury resort job in the Maldives, the ideal candidate should have:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position within an international luxury brand

Previous Maldives work experience is highly preferred

Fluency in English with excellent communication and upselling skills

Proficiency in MICROS or similar POS systems

Strong multicultural awareness and the ability to lead a diverse team

A creative, outgoing personality with flexibility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
