Key Responsibilities
As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring all guest reservations and related communications are handled efficiently and professionally. Your key duties will include:

Managing daily reservation correspondences and updating the property management system accordingly.

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of room types, resort layout, transportation services, and flight schedules.
