Key Responsibilities
Reservations Agent

Manage and process guest reservations through various channels.

Ensure accurate booking information and respond promptly to guest inquiries.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless pre-arrival arrangements.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, packages, and resort services.

Deliver courteous, professional communication with guests and travel partners.
Front Office Team Leader

Supervise front office operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes.

Guide and support front office associates in delivering outstanding guest service.

Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and prompt action.

Monitor guest feedback and contribute to service improvements.

Qualifications and Skills Required
To succeed in these hospitality jobs in the Maldives, applicants should meet the following requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in the same or similar capacity within a resort or hotel environment.
