Junior Sous Chef & Chef de Partie – F&B Kitchen
Siyam World Maldives is seeking motivated and skilled individuals for the roles of Junior Sous Chef and Chef de Partie. These positions are perfect for culinary talents eager to thrive in a luxury resort environment and contribute to a dynamic food and beverage team.
As a Junior Sous Chef or Chef de Partie, you will work alongside experienced professionals to create exquisite dishes, manage kitchen operations, and uphold the highest standards of food quality and hygiene. Key Responsibilities

Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparation

Lead and manage assigned kitchen sections with efficiency and precision

Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards in food handling and storage

Develop and innovate menus in line with resort culinary themes and guest preferences

Supervise junior kitchen staff and provide training when necessary

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for fresh ingredients

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times

Qualifications and Skills Required
