Job Title: Human Resources Executive
As a Human Resources Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing key HR functions and ensuring employee satisfaction across departments. Working directly with the HR Manager, you will help shape the workplace culture and support staff development, welfare, and engagement. This is an ideal luxury resort job for a motivated HR professional with experience in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure fair and consistent implementation of staff welfare programs as per management standards

Manage and coordinate expatriate work permits and staff flight tickets efficiently

Assist in the recruitment, selection, and exit process for employees

Act as a motivator and counselor to staff when needed, promoting morale and wellbeing

Maintain high standards in employee accommodation conditions

Lead and organize staff activities and recreation programs in alignment with operational needs

Handle employee remuneration accurately and in compliance with Maldivian Employment Law and internal policies

Support the HR Manager in executing HR initiatives, policies, and compliance standards, fostering a safe and culturally positive work environment
Qualifications and Skills Required
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR position within the hospitality industry

Diploma in Human Resources or a related field

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Excellent interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented and customer-centric approach

Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and resolve conflicts
