Job Title: Guest Service Manager (Russian Speaking)
SAii Lagoon Maldives is seeking a dynamic and experienced Guest Service Manager who is fluent in both English and Russian. This is a front-line leadership position designed for a hospitality professional who understands luxury service and thrives in a multicultural, fast-paced resort environment.
As the Guest Service Manager, you will act as a key liaison between guests and departments, ensuring every guest receives attentive, customized service throughout their stay. You will lead and inspire a team to uphold our service philosophy and manage the day-to-day guest relations with efficiency, professionalism, and warmth.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the Guest Services team to ensure exceptional delivery of resort experiences

Serve as the main point of contact for Russian-speaking guests, handling requests, feedback, and VIP services

Resolve guest concerns efficiently and empathetically, maintaining brand reputation and satisfaction levels

Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth and personalized guest journeys

Support check-in and check-out procedures and ensure accurate guest billing

Monitor guest feedback and take proactive steps to improve service quality

Handle guest communications, preferences, and loyalty memberships effectively

Maintain a strong presence in the lobby and key areas to foster guest engagement
Qualifications and Skills Required
To thrive in this role and contribute to the legacy of resort careers in the Maldives, candidates should possess:

A minimum of 3–4 years of progressive experience in a similar leadership role at a 5-star hotel or luxury resort

Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written) is essential

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a problem-solving mindset

A fun, friendly, and outgoing personality with natural charm

Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with Opera and Micros systems is an advantage

Prior experience working in the Maldives hospitality sector is preferred
