We are also seeking a personable and multilingual Guest Services Agent fluent in Japanese or Korean. This role is vital for providing seamless service and ensuring international guests feel welcomed and valued during their stay. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Assistant Bar Manager

Oversee daily operations of the bar to maintain high standards of service and presentation

Train, mentor, and supervise bar staff to ensure efficient teamwork and professional growth

Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to maximize profitability

Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to create innovative cocktail menus and promotions

Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
