Key Responsibilities
As the Spa Receptionist at JOALI Maldives, your daily tasks will include:

Greeting spa guests with warmth, elegance, and professionalism

Managing spa treatment bookings, schedules, and appointment confirmations

Responding to guest inquiries with detailed information about spa services and wellness programs

Liaising with spa therapists and the wider team to coordinate smooth guest experiences

Ensuring the reception area remains clean, serene, and welcoming

Processing payments and managing billing through the spa’s POS system

Supporting the spa management in delivering a world-class wellness experience
Qualifications and Skills Required
To qualify for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

Prior experience in a spa, wellness center, or luxury hospitality environment

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Fluency in Arabic is strongly preferred; additional languages are a plus

Familiarity with spa booking systems or POS software is advantageous
