Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
We are looking for a motivated, creative, and skilled Marketing Coordinator to lead and execute marketing strategies that strengthen our brand presence and attract guests. This is a full-time position based at Maagiri Hotel, with an emphasis on promoting our hotel’s services through both digital and offline marketing channels.
This resort career is ideal for a candidate who has a background in hospitality or tourism marketing and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-oriented setting. The right candidate will be responsible for shaping the hotel's image and helping us reach new markets through innovative promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in enhancing the hotel’s visibility and brand reputation. Your key responsibilities will include:

Planning and executing marketing activities aligned with the hotel’s overall strategy

Managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and growing our online presence

Coordinating promotions, advertising campaigns, and email marketing

Developing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content

Liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent branding

Tracking marketing performance and compiling regular reports

Supporting events, public relations efforts, and guest engagement campaigns

Assisting with photo and video shoots, including post-production editing

Staying up to date with marketing trends and industry news
Qualifications and Skills Required
To be successful in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar marketing position, preferably within the hospitality or tourism sector

Proficiency in both spoken and written English
