Emerald Faarufushi Resort & Spa is currently seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dedicated team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining our resort’s outstanding standards and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

Supervise housekeeping operations across guest villas and public areas.

Conduct detailed daily room inspections to ensure LQA standards are upheld.

Allocate room assignments and daily tasks to the housekeeping team.

Provide training, guidance, and support to new and existing staff.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Manage and monitor linen inventory, amenities, and housekeeping supplies.

Enforce strict adherence to health, hygiene, and safety standards.
