Diamonds Athuruga is seeking an enthusiastic and personable Guest Relation Officer fluent in German and English. This key role focuses on creating a welcoming environment for German-speaking guests, ensuring they feel valued and well cared for during their stay.
As the German Speaking Guest Relation Officer, you will be the primary contact for German-speaking guests, offering personalized assistance and support to enhance their resort experience. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for German-speaking guests, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.

Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with check-in, and provide detailed orientation about the resort’s facilities and activities.

Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to guarantee guest satisfaction.

Collaborate closely with front office, housekeeping, and other departments to fulfill guest expectations seamlessly.

Coordinate and promote resort activities, excursions, and special events tailored to guests’ interests.

Translate key guest information and communication materials between German and English to enhance guest understanding.
