As a Barefoot Guardian (Butler), you will be the heart of the guest experience, ensuring that every guest's stay is personalized, memorable, and exceeds their expectations. Key Responsibilities:

Guest Interaction & Service Delivery: As a Barefoot Guardian, you will be the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay. You will ensure they feel welcome and attended to, providing seamless service with a personal touch.

Anticipating Guest Needs: Using your knowledge of guest preferences and the resort’s offerings, you will anticipate the needs of each guest, from organizing special requests to curating unique experiences tailored to their desires.

Exclusive Experiences: You will curate bespoke experiences, from private dinners on the beach to arranging personalized excursions. Your role is to make sure that each guest's stay is nothing short of extraordinary.

Communication & Teamwork: Collaboration with other team members, including housekeeping, kitchen staff, and management, is essential to ensure that guest experiences are flawlessly executed. You will also be responsible for ensuring communication between departments runs smoothly.
Skills and Qualifications:

Experience & Training: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Butler, with certification or training from a recognized institute. Experience in luxury resorts or private estates is preferred.

Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. You will be interacting with guests from all over the world, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally is essential.

Guest-Focused Approach: You must be passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating unique, memorable experiences for guests. A true “people person” with the ability to connect on a personal level is crucial.

Adaptability: The ability to embrace island life and work within the natural rhythms of a remote resort is important. You will need to remain calm and composed under pressure, balancing the needs of guests with the demands of the role.
