As the face of the resort, the Front Office Ambassador will greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a seamless guest experience. Responsibilities include:

Managing guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally

Coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs

Handling reservations and billing procedures efficiently

Providing exceptional customer service in Mandarin (for Mandarin-speaking role) or local languages
Kids Club Attendant (Local)
The Kids Club Attendant plays a crucial role in creating a safe, fun, and educational environment for young guests:

Organizing and supervising kids’ activities and entertainment programs

Ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times

Photographer (Local)
