CROSSROADS Maldives is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cluster Director of Finance to lead the financial operations across its multi-property resort cluster. Key Responsibilities
The Cluster Director of Finance will:

Oversee all financial activities for multiple properties within the CROSSROADS Maldives portfolio.

Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes in compliance with international standards.

Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with tax regulations and statutory audits.

Collaborate closely with executive leadership to deliver key business insights and drive strategic decision-making.

Manage relationships with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions.

Utilize advanced financial systems including Fusion, Opera, Micros, and Excel to streamline operations.

Qualifications and Skills Required
Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with professional accounting certification such as CPA or ACCA.

Minimum of 5 years’ senior financial leadership experience in hospitality, preferably managing multi-property or cluster operations.
