About the Job: Assistant Chief Engineer
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Assistant Chief Engineer to support the Engineering Department at Soneva Fushi Resort. This leadership role is ideal for a technically skilled professional with a passion for eco-conscious innovation and hands-on resort operations.
As an Assistant Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the resort’s engineering infrastructure while aligning with Soneva’s sustainability goals and five-star standards. You’ll work closely with a diverse team and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and optimal facility performance.

Key Responsibilities
As the Assistant Chief Engineer, your daily duties will include:

Supporting the Chief Engineer in managing all engineering operations across the resort.

Supervising and mentoring engineering team members to ensure efficiency and technical excellence.

Overseeing repair, maintenance, and energy management systems.

Implementing preventive maintenance schedules and sustainability practices.

Collaborating with other departments to provide engineering support as needed.

Qualifications and Skills Required
