📋 Job Summary
As a Room Attendant at Sandies Bathala, you will be part of the housekeeping team responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of guest villas. Your role is crucial in ensuring that all rooms meet resort and international hospitality standards. Your attention to detail, time management skills, and guest-oriented approach will play a vital part in creating a welcoming environment for every visitor.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Clean and service guest villas to the highest resort and Planhotel Hospitality Group standards. This includes making beds, vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, dusting surfaces, and ensuring all areas are spotless.

Replenish guest supplies and amenities such as toiletries, linens, towels, and water bottles, ensuring each villa is well-stocked and ready for new or returning guests.

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly to maintain the comfort and security of all guests.

Respect guest privacy and follow protocols to ensure minimal disruption during cleaning services, especially when guests are in the villa.

Maintain cleanliness in public areas when assigned, ensuring the entire resort retains its pristine look.

Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards by using the correct cleaning agents and equipment in a responsible and eco-friendly manner.

Communicate effectively with other departments to address guest needs or requests in a timely and professional manner.

Follow checklists and daily schedules provided by supervisors to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery.

Assist with deep cleaning or special housekeeping projects when required, such as seasonal cleanups or room refurbishing.
🎯 Requirements & Qualifications

Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role in a resort, hotel, or guesthouse is preferred but not mandatory.

Must be in good physical condition, capable of standing for long hours, lifting supplies, and performing repetitive tasks.
