Available Job Position: In-Villa Dining Waiter (Team Member)
We are looking for dedicated individuals with a passion for hospitality to join our team as an In-Villa Dining Waiter (Team Member) at Radisson Blu Resort Maldives. As a member of our Food and Beverage team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional in-villa dining experiences to our guests.
Primary Responsibilities:
As an In-Villa Dining Waiter, your core responsibilities will include:
- Delivering Exceptional Service: You will be responsible for taking and delivering in-villa dining orders, ensuring that all meals are presented to the highest standards of service and quality.
- Guest Interaction: Offering personalized, attentive service to our guests in their private villas and ensuring that every dining experience meets the expectations of Radisson Blu’s luxury standards.
- Food and Beverage Knowledge: You will have the opportunity to learn and grow in food and beverage service, enhancing your knowledge about the resort's menu offerings and helping guests make informed choices based on their preferences.
- Timely Delivery: Ensuring that all orders are delivered promptly, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and quality throughout the process.
- Maintaining Cleanliness and Presentation: You will be expected to ensure that all service areas are kept clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. This includes managing inventory and setting up for in-villa dining as per Radisson Blu standards.
- Collaboration with the Team: Working closely with the kitchen and F&B teams to ensure that food and beverage services are smooth and efficient, while adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:

- Maldivian Nationality: This role is open to candidates of Maldivian nationality only.
