1. Transport Department
🚤 Boat Crew
As part of the transport team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of guests and staff between Bandos Maldives and Malé. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating and maintaining the resort’s speedboats with a high level of professionalism and safety.
- Assisting guests with embarkation and disembarkation, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Conducting routine inspections and performing necessary maintenance on the boat.
- Coordinating with the front office and operations team for timely transfers.
- Upholding all maritime safety standards and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- A valid boat license issued by the Maldives Transport Authority.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
2. Orchid Spa
💆 Spa Therapist
Orchid Spa at Bandos Maldives is a haven of relaxation and rejuvenation. As a Spa Therapist, you will provide exceptional wellness services, helping guests unwind and experience true tranquility.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and wellness therapies.
- Customizing treatments based on individual guest preferences and needs.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment rooms and spa facilities.
- Providing expert product recommendations to enhance the guest’s spa experience.
- Engaging in continuous learning to enhance skills and keep up with wellness trends.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a spa therapist in a luxury resort or spa.
- Certified in massage therapy or beauty treatments from a recognized institution.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
3. Dive Bandos
🤿 Dive Master
Dive Bandos is one of the leading dive centers in the Maldives, offering unparalleled diving experiences in the vibrant marine ecosystem of the Indian Ocean. As a Dive Master, you will be responsible for guiding guests through unforgettable underwater adventures.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Leading guided dives and ensuring guest safety at all times.
- Providing thorough dive briefings and instructions for divers of all levels.
- Conducting diving courses and assisting instructors when necessary.
- Performing equipment checks and maintaining diving gear in top condition.
- Promoting marine conservation and educating guests about underwater biodiversity.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A certified Dive Master qualification from a recognized dive training agency (PADI or equivalent).
- Prior experience in a resort or professional dive center is preferred.
- Strong swimming and water rescue skills.

4. Front Office Department
🏨 Chinese-Speaking Guest Service Agent
Bandos Maldives welcomes a diverse range of international travelers, and we are looking for a talented Chinese-speaking Guest Service Agent to ensure our Mandarin-speaking guests receive outstanding service.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Assisting Mandarin-speaking guests with inquiries, reservations, and special requests.
- Coordinating with various departments to enhance the guest experience.
- Translating and communicating effectively between guests and staff.
- Handling complaints and resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a front office role.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- A friendly and approachable personality.
🏨 Guest Service Agent (Local)
We are also looking for a Guest Service Agent (preferably a Maldivian national) to provide excellent customer service and hospitality.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Handling guest concerns and providing swift solutions.
- Managing front desk operations efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborating with various departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dhivehi.
- Prior experience in a guest service role is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
