Join Our Team – Sales Manager (On-Site)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive our sales initiatives and expand our global market presence. If you have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the luxury resort industry in the Maldives, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and maximize bookings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate partners.
  • Promote Ayada Maldives in international and regional markets, ensuring high brand visibility.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Manage online and offline sales channels to optimize occupancy and revenue.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and special offers.
  • Conduct site inspections and host familiarization trips for potential business partners.
  • Provide detailed sales reports and performance analysis to senior management.

Who We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Required Qualifications:

4-5 years of experience in a sales or business development role within the Maldivian luxury resort industry.
✔ Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
✔ Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Energetic, proactive, and self-driven attitude with a results-oriented mindset.
✔ Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.
✔ Comfortable living and working in a remote island setting with a multicultural team.

This is an on-site position, requiring full-time presence at Ayada Maldives. The role demands a high level of professionalism, dedication, and strategic thinking to thrive in a competitive market.
