We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive our sales initiatives and expand our global market presence. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and maximize bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate partners.
- Promote Ayada Maldives in international and regional markets, ensuring high brand visibility.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Manage online and offline sales channels to optimize occupancy and revenue.
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and special offers.
- Conduct site inspections and host familiarization trips for potential business partners.
- Provide detailed sales reports and performance analysis to senior management.
Who We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
