SAii Host (Chinese Speaker)
The SAii Host (Chinese Speaker) will serve as the first point of contact for our Chinese-speaking guests. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a seamless, memorable stay for every guest through personalized service.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth operations.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests, providing information about the resort, services, and local attractions.
- Ensure all guest interactions are courteous, respectful, and aligned with Hilton’s high standards of service.
- Address guest concerns in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the resort’s facilities, services, and events to assist guests effectively.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Fluency in Chinese (spoken and written) is required.
- Knowledge of the Opera system is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Professional, warm, and welcoming personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
Recreation Host
The Recreation Host is responsible for overseeing and managing recreational activities for resort guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sports, particularly padel tennis, and will be able to engage guests with fun and exciting activities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and organize various recreational activities for guests, including padel tennis and other sports.
- Provide instruction and guidance on techniques, tactics, and game strategies for padel tennis and other sports.
- Ensure guests’ enjoyment and safety during recreational activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized recreation area.
- Act as a positive, energetic presence, engaging with guests and creating a fun, friendly atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth execution of activities and events.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of padel tennis techniques, tactics, and game strategies.
- Excellent physical fitness and ability to participate in various recreational activities.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a resort or hospitality environment.
- Relevant technical qualifications related to sports and recreation.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- A fun, friendly, and outgoing personality, with the ability to engage guests of all ages.
- A team player who is adaptable and can work under pressure.
- Previous experience working in the Maldives or luxury resorts is a plus.
