Housekeeping Department
Position: Room Attendant (Maldivian Nationals Preferred)
As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest accommodations. Your responsibilities will ensure that guests enjoy a relaxing and seamless stay at the resort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
- Replenishing towels, linens, and guest amenities as required.
- Conducting thorough inspections to ensure all rooms are in pristine condition.
- Reporting any maintenance issues or room discrepancies to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Providing personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role in a resort or hospitality setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness and organization.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
Food & Beverage Service Department
Position: Waiter (Maldivian Nationals Preferred)
As a Waiter, you will be the face of our dining experience, ensuring guests enjoy exceptional service in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Presenting menus and making food and beverage recommendations.
- Taking accurate orders and serving meals and drinks promptly.
- Ensuring tables are clean and properly set before and after service.
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving any service-related issues professionally.
- Coordinating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Adhering to hygiene, safety, and service quality standards at all times.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a restaurant, hotel, or resort.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
