Job Description
As a Mixologist at Kuramathi Maldives, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' dining and nightlife experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Crafting Unique Cocktails: Develop and prepare signature cocktails that align with the resort’s high standards.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with guests, recommend beverages, and create a memorable experience through excellent service.
- Bar Operations: Manage the daily operations of the bar, including setup, stock management, and cleanliness.
- Innovation & Creativity: Continuously introduce new drink recipes, stay updated with industry trends, and incorporate fresh ingredients.
- Training & Development: Train junior bartenders and waitstaff in cocktail preparation, beverage presentation, and service techniques.
- Quality Control: Ensure consistency in drink quality, taste, and presentation while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
- Upselling & Promotion: Promote special drinks and events to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.

Candidate Requirements 🎯
To be considered for the Mixologist position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
