Job Description:
As a Maldivian Chef in our Associate Restaurant, you will play a key role in preparing traditional and contemporary Maldivian dishes that reflect the vibrant and diverse flavors of the Maldives. Your work will directly impact the guest experience by ensuring each dish is prepared to perfection, showcasing the authentic culinary traditions of the Maldives. The role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-quality dining environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Maldivian dishes following high-quality standards.
- Ensure the consistency of food quality and presentation across all dishes.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and seasonal menus.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to.

Candidate Qualifications:

You will work closely with the engineering team to maintain the infrastructure of the resort, ensuring that both the staff and guests have a safe and comfortable experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs of electrical systems across the resort.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Maintain and monitor electrical equipment, systems, and circuits.
