F&B SERVICE
Hostess cum Waitress - Chinese Speaking
As the Hostess cum Waitress, you will be the first point of contact for guests entering our dining areas. Your friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills will ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere, setting the tone for the exceptional dining experience that Kudavillingili is known for.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and ensure a smooth and seamless dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure accuracy in delivering the orders to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Answer guest inquiries and provide recommendations on menu items.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure that all guests are satisfied with their meals and provide prompt responses to any requests.
- Work closely with other team members to provide consistent and high-quality service.
- Adhere to food safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Fluent in Chinese, as you will be interacting with Mandarin-speaking guests.
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar position within a luxury hospitality environment.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle guest inquiries professionally.
HOUSEKEEPING
Villa Attendant - Female
As a Villa Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our luxurious villas. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that every guest’s stay is comfortable and memorable.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that guest villas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
- Make beds, clean bathrooms, and ensure all areas of the villa are spotless and welcoming.
- Replace amenities, linens, and other supplies as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues to the relevant departments for prompt resolution.
- Ensure that all safety and hygiene protocols are strictly followed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
- Work collaboratively with other housekeeping team members to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Adhere to the resort’s grooming standards and uniform guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience as a Villa Attendant or in a similar housekeeping role.
- Previous experience working in a luxury resort or hotel environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Good physical fitness as the role involves standing, walking, and moving throughout the day.
