1. Guest Service Associate (Preferably Local)
As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests, ensuring they have a seamless and unforgettable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort facilities, activities, and services to assist guests effectively.
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requirements efficiently.
- Ensure all guest interactions reflect the high standards of hospitality expected at a luxury resort.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Passion for customer service, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and flexibility to handle guest concerns.

2. Demi Chef – Pastry
We are looking for a talented Demi Chef – Pastry to join our culinary team and bring creativity, passion, and expertise to our dessert offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, bake, and present a variety of high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts.
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation in line with the resort’s standards.
- Assist in menu planning and creating innovative pastry items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the pastry kitchen.
- Work closely with the Executive Pastry Chef and the culinary team to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a pastry or bakery role within a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong understanding of pastry techniques, ingredients, and presentation.
- Creativity and passion for delivering top-tier desserts and pastries.
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
3. Commis – Cold Kitchen
Join our dynamic culinary team as a Commis Chef – Cold Kitchen, where you will be responsible for preparing fresh, high-quality cold dishes for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of salads, cold appetizers, and other cold dishes.
- Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared in accordance with food safety standards.
- Work closely with the senior chefs to maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
- Keep the cold kitchen clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
- Follow health and safety regulations while working in the kitchen.
