We are currently seeking passionate and skilled professionals for the following positions:
1. Power House Operator (Locals Only)
As a Power House Operator, you will play a critical role in maintaining and ensuring the continuous operation of the resort’s power generation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain power generation equipment to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply to the resort.
- Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on power systems.
- Monitor fuel and energy consumption, optimizing efficiency while maintaining safety standards.
- Work closely with the engineering team to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to power operations and maintenance activities.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be a Maldivian national.
- Prior experience in power generation, electrical systems, or mechanical operations.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced resort environment.
- A technical diploma or certification in electrical or mechanical engineering is preferred.
2. Waiter / Waitress (Locals Only)
We are looking for enthusiastic Waiters and Waitresses who are passionate about delivering outstanding dining experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and make menu recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Ensure tables are properly set up, clean, and well-maintained.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently, maintaining a high standard of hospitality.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be a Maldivian national.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or luxury resort is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and a guest-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

3. Airport Host / Airport Hostess (Casual Position)
As an Airport Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests arriving at and departing from the Maldives.

- Welcome and assist guests at the airport, ensuring a seamless transfer experience.
- Coordinate with the resort’s transportation team for smooth arrivals and departures.
- Provide guests with relevant information about their stay and answer any inquiries.

- Prior experience in guest relations, airport services, or hospitality is an advantage.

4. Chef De Partie – Pastry
We are looking for a talented and creative Chef De Partie – Pastry to join our dynamic culinary team and elevate our dessert offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, bake, and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation according to resort standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the pastry kitchen.
