Key Responsibilities
As a Waiter, Waitress, or Hostess, you will:
- Provide professional and courteous service to guests.
- Acknowledge and greet guests promptly upon arrival at the restaurant.
- Respond to guest requests with efficiency and care.
- Offer beverages upon seating and recommend menu specialties.
- Participate in order-taking and suggestive sales efforts.
- Ensure accurate and timely order-taking for seamless service.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service area.
- Handle guest complaints in accordance with resort policies.
- Adhere to service standards, cleaning protocols, and billing procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
To thrive in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- A diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a luxury resort or hotel setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in Maldives resorts or remote locations is an advantage.
