Responsibilities and Requirements
As an MEP Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the resort’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring the highest standards of functionality and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Educational Background:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- An Associate Degree in a related field such as HVAC is preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with water-cooled chiller systems, chilled water systems, cooling towers, and pumps.
- Technical Expertise:
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Familiarity with control and building automation systems.
- Certifications:
- Completion of an apprenticeship, vocational training, or certification in HVAC, electrical systems, or plumbing.
- Skills:
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in both written and spoken English.
