Position Overview
The Front Office Host serves as the first point of contact for guests, making their stay truly special. From managing front desk operations to providing personalized assistance, this role is essential in ensuring guest satisfaction and upholding the resort’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities
As a Front Office Host, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling check-ins and check-outs, including billing and payment settlements.
- Providing comprehensive information about the resort, amenities, and nearby attractions.
- Addressing guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintaining accurate records of guest stays, payments, and correspondence.
- Managing communications via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Coordinating guest needs with housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge services.
- Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and inviting.
- Keeping promotional materials, such as brochures, readily available for guests.
Qualifications
