Current Job Opening: F&B Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our vibrant team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer service in all F&B outlets.
  • Supervise and train team members, ensuring they uphold the resort’s standards.
  • Assist in menu planning, inventory management, and guest satisfaction initiatives.
  • Work closely with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

General Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar position at a five-star resort in the Maldives.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Personality: Pleasant, energetic, and service-oriented.
  • Work Ethic: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility: Willing to work shifts and adapt to the dynamic nature of resort operations.
  • Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for guest service.
