Position: Dive Instructor
Baros Maldives is seeking a dynamic and skilled Dive Instructor to deliver unforgettable experiences to guests while upholding the resort’s high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide diving and snorkeling excursions, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.
- Provide professional diving instruction for individuals of varying experience levels.
- Collaborate with the marine biologist team to educate guests about the local marine environment.
- Assist in maintaining diving equipment and facilities.
Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for the role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Minimum OWSI PADI Certification with Nitrox and EFR.
- Fluency in English and Russian (additional languages are a bonus).
- A Bachelor’s degree in marine science, marine biology, ecology, or a related field is highly advantageous.
- Strong multitasking abilities and a positive attitude.
