Role Overview: Barefoot Guardian (Butler)
As a Barefoot Guardian (Butler) at Soneva Secret, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every guest’s experience is unforgettable. You will be the face of the resort's personalized service, providing tailored attention to each guest while maintaining the resort’s high standards of excellence.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Personalized Guest Service: Delivering exceptional, tailored service to all guests, ensuring their every need is anticipated and met with the utmost professionalism.
- Guest Experience Management: From greeting guests upon arrival to ensuring their comfort throughout their stay, you will be responsible for making each guest feel welcome, valued, and at ease.
- Concierge Services: Arranging bespoke activities, excursions, and dining experiences to exceed guests’ expectations.
- Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for guests during their stay, ensuring smooth communication between guests and all departments to provide seamless service.

Key Requirements and Skills

- Language Proficiency: Fluency in at least one of the following languages is mandatory: Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or Spanish.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Butler or in a similar luxury service role, with formal training or certification from a recognized institution.
- Exceptional Service Skills: Proven ability to manage guest expectations, delivering service with precision and flair, ensuring every detail exceeds the guest’s expectations.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests from around the world and adapt to their unique preferences and cultures.
