Job Opening – Assistant Teppanyaki Sous Chef

We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Assistant Teppanyaki Sous Chef to join our culinary team at ROBINSON Maldives. As an integral part of the resort’s kitchen team, the Assistant Teppanyaki Sous Chef will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Teppanyaki Sous Chef in preparing and cooking a wide variety of Asian-inspired dishes, with a focus on Teppanyaki cuisine.
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality and presentation for each dish served.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to manage food production and ensure timely service during busy periods.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment in line with hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Assist in inventory management, ensuring that all supplies are stocked and handled correctly.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to create new and innovative menu items that reflect the resort’s culinary standards.

Candidate Requirements
