Are you a dynamic and experienced professional with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences? Milaidhoo Maldives is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our family and lead our Food & Beverage team in providing world-class service.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a similar role at a luxury resort.
- Service Excellence: Expertise in delivering highly personalized luxury service standards with a creative mindset.
- Communication Skills: Fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
- Leadership: A strong ability to consistently train and inspire the team to maintain the highest standards of quality and service.
- Knowledge: A deep understanding of innovative F&B concepts and financial management.
