Finolhu, a Seaside Collection Resort is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Mandarin-speaking Hostess to join its hospitality team. Key Responsibilities

- Manage guest seating arrangements while considering reservations, preferences, and operational requirements.
- Coordinate restaurant reservations and maintain accurate guest information using the applicable reservation system.
- Assist guests with restaurant information, menus, seating arrangements, and general inquiries.
- Communicate confidently with Mandarin-speaking guests to provide personalized and attentive service.
- Coordinate closely with restaurant servers, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor table availability and assist with efficient restaurant flow during busy service periods.

Qualifications and Skills Required

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel.
- Proven experience in fine dining or à la carte restaurant service.
- Familiarity with reservation systems such as Café Booker, SevenRooms, or similar software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
