As a Waiter at .Here Baa Atoll, you will play a key role in delivering world-class dining experiences to our guests. This luxury resort job offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally in a vibrant, multicultural hospitality environment while contributing to the resort's reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to guests in both à la carte and buffet settings.
- Assist in setting up dining areas according to resort standards and ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Provide detailed knowledge of menu items, beverages, and specials to enhance guest dining experiences.
- Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, Forbes, and HACCP standards.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within an ultra-luxury resort or hotel.
- Experience working in an à la carte restaurant is an added advantage.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a positive, guest-oriented attitude.
- Strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Forbes and HACCP standards is preferred.
