We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Villa Attendant (Lady) to join the housekeeping team at OBLU SELECT Lobigili. This luxury resort job offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional service to our guests in a sophisticated, romantic island setting while advancing your career in hospitality jobs Maldives.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned villas, ensuring all areas meet resort standards.
- Attend to guests’ requests promptly and courteously, enhancing their overall experience.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
- Assist in inventory management of housekeeping supplies and linens.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve daily targets efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Previous experience in housekeeping within a luxury resort environment.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and targets.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and guest satisfaction.
- Vibrant personality and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
