Job Title and Description

Ifuru Island Maldives is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager – Europe & Key Source Markets to join its growing commercial team. This luxury resort job is ideal for a highly motivated professional with a strong background in international sales and business development within the hospitality or travel industry.

The selected candidate will play a key role in expanding the resort’s presence across European markets, including Germany, Italy, France, and Spain. This position requires a strategic thinker who can drive revenue growth, build lasting partnerships, and represent the resort on an international stage.

  • Manage and grow relationships with European tour operators, online travel agencies (OTAs), and luxury travel advisors.
  • Conduct contract negotiations, manage rate agreements, and oversee promotional campaigns to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Monitor market trends, seasonal booking patterns, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Track production performance, booking pickup, and overall market contribution using analytical tools and reporting systems.
  • Represent the resort at international trade shows, roadshows, sales calls, and networking events across Europe.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, reservations, and revenue management to align strategies and achieve targets.

Qualifications and Skills Required
