Baglioni Maldives is seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor (Maldivian Preferred) to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all electrical maintenance activities across the resort, including villas, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Ensure all electrical installations and systems comply with safety standards and resort regulations.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment and machinery to prevent operational downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs.
- Collaborate with the engineering and facilities teams to plan and execute preventive maintenance programs.
- Provide guidance and support to junior electricians, fostering skill development and adherence to best practices.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and ensure safety protocols are strictly followed.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, Senior Electrician, or similar role in a luxury hotel or resort in the Maldives.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, machinery, and safety regulations.
