OBLU SELECT Lobigili is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager (Female) to oversee front office operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This luxury resort job is ideal for candidates who are passionate about hospitality, have strong managerial skills, and are eager to work in a multicultural, high-end resort environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front office operations to ensure smooth functioning and high-quality guest service.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse front office team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless resort operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor performance, prepare reports, and implement process improvements where necessary.
- Ensure adherence to resort standards, policies, and health and safety regulations.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in front office management or a similar managerial role.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and OPERA software.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills to effectively lead a multicultural team.
