Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise guest scuba diving and snorkeling experiences with safety and professionalism.
- Ensure all diving activities adhere to resort safety standards and international diving regulations.
- Provide guidance and training to junior diving staff and assist with certification courses.
- Promote marine conservation awareness and educate guests about the local marine ecosystem.
- Maintain and manage diving equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with the resort team to create memorable and personalized guest experiences.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Certified Dive Master or equivalent qualification from a recognized diving organization.
