Finolhu is currently seeking motivated individuals for the position of:
- Roohu (Butler) – Maldivian
This role is perfect for candidates who are passionate about hospitality and committed to creating exceptional guest experiences. The Roohu (Butler) will provide personalized services to ensure guests enjoy a memorable and seamless stay. If you embody qualities such as passion, responsibility, independence, individuality, cordiality, and empathy, this position offers an exciting path for professional growth in a luxury resort environment.
General Requirements
Successful candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Butler or in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel.
- Possess a Butler certification.
- Previous experience in Housekeeping and Food & Beverage Service is essential.
- Excellent guest service skills and familiarity with LQA standards is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable living and working on an island setting.
