Positions Available: Kids Club Attendant (Chinese Speaking) & Casual Kids Club Attendant (Local)
Location: OZEN RESERVE BOLIFUSHI, South Malé Atoll, Maldives
OZEN RESERVE BOLIFUSHI is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join its Recreation team as Kids Club Attendants. These roles are perfect for professionals who are passionate about childcare, creativity, and delivering joyful experiences to young guests from around the world.
The Kids Club Attendant (Chinese Speaking) will focus on engaging Chinese-speaking families, ensuring seamless communication and culturally thoughtful activities. The Casual Kids Club Attendant (Local) will assist in creating a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for children while supporting the daily operations of the Kids Club.

Key Responsibilities
As a Kids Club Attendant at OZEN RESERVE BOLIFUSHI, your key duties will include:
- Designing and hosting interactive and engaging activities for children of various age groups.
- Ensuring the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all children attending the Kids Club.
- Communicating effectively with parents and guardians, especially Chinese-speaking guests.
- Maintaining a positive, energetic, and caring atmosphere throughout the day.
- Collaborating with recreation and entertainment teams to plan creative programs and themed events.
- Upholding resort standards in cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills Required
Candidates applying for these positions should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Relevant experience in a five-star luxury property.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- For the Chinese-speaking role: Fluency in Chinese and English, both spoken and written.
- For the Local Casual role: Strong teamwork skills and passion for guest service.
- A friendly, approachable personality and a genuine love for working with children.
