Velassaru Maldives is inviting applications for the position of Executive Housekeeper. As a key member of the Housekeeping Department, the Executive Housekeeper will ensure the smooth operations of housekeeping, coordination with other departments, and delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
As the Executive Housekeeper at Velassaru Maldives, your responsibilities will include:
- Resolve guest complaints effectively and implement corrective measures to maintain high guest satisfaction levels.
- Supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring compliance with cleaning standards, grooming guidelines, and departmental training programs.
- Maintain budget and cost controls for housekeeping, laundry, and related supplies.
- Oversee laundry operations, linen management, and uniform inventory.
- Facilitate communication between housekeeping and other departments for seamless service delivery.
