Noku Maldives is seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals eager to support the resort's sales and marketing initiatives while contributing to exceptional guest experiences.
The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and enthusiastic about both sales and marketing activities. You will assist in driving initiatives that promote the resort, engage with clients, and maintain the high standards expected in a luxury resort environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support:
- Assist the Sales & Marketing team with reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Maintain client databases, records, and contact lists.
- Support the coordination of sales initiatives, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, itineraries, and familiarisation stays.
- Conduct light research on markets, competitors, and emerging trends.
Marketing Support:
- Assist in drafting copy for social media posts, newsletters, brochures, and guest materials.
- Help prepare monthly content calendars and organise digital assets (photos, videos, logos).
- Support the scheduling of email campaigns using ready-made templates.
- Contribute to the design of small-scale marketing materials.
- Maintain the marketing calendar and support ad-hoc event tasks.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Diploma in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
