Noku Maldives is seeking enthusiastic and guest-focused individuals to join our Food & Beverage team. These roles are essential in creating memorable dining and bar experiences for our guests across the resort's restaurants, bars, and In-Villa Dining services.

Key Responsibilities
As a Waiter or IVD Waiter at Noku Maldives, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing attentive, professional service to guests in restaurants, bars, and In-Villa Dining.
- Presenting menus, taking accurate orders, and serving food and beverages promptly.
- Recommending daily specials and assisting in upselling food and beverage options.
- Ensuring tables and dining areas are properly set up, maintained, and clean.
- Collaborating with the F&B team to deliver seamless, high-quality dining experiences.
- Applying basic wine knowledge and recommending food and beverage pairings (for Waiters).
- Using cocktail-making knowledge and mixology skills (for Bartenders/IVD roles).
- Maintaining flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications and Skills Required
To excel in these roles, candidates should have:
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or luxury resort industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Guest-oriented, professional, and friendly attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic wine knowledge and confidence in recommending pairings (for Waiters).
- Cocktail-making and beverage mixology skills (for Bartenders/IVD roles).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in the Maldives resort industry is an advantage.
