Duration: 6 months
Sun Siyam Vilu Reef is seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Intern to join our team. This internship is exclusively open to Maldivian candidates and provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources within a luxury resort environment.
The HR Intern will assist with various administrative and operational tasks while learning about recruitment, employee relations, training, and other key HR functions. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a passion for hospitality and a strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
As an HR Intern at Sun Siyam Vilu Reef, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes.
- Assisting in maintaining organized records and databases for staff information.
- Helping coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
