Key Responsibilities
As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Villa Nautica Paradise Island, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and supervise day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping department to ensure service standards are met with friendly and engaging service.
- Handle guest concerns promptly and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure memorable guest experiences.
- Conduct daily briefings, assign duties, and keep team members informed of priorities and updates.
- Train, mentor, and coach line-level colleagues to enhance service quality and professional growth.
- Inspect guest units, office areas, and public spaces for cleanliness and order.
- Manage minibar and consumption stock, ensuring proper replenishment and documentation.
- Maintain and update reports on daily operations, maintenance complaints, and other housekeeping metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and uphold resort standards.
- Promote teamwork, motivation, and positive communication within the Housekeeping team.
- Report any procedural changes or emergencies to the Executive Housekeeper.
